Shenny has excellent service. She is very helpful, and has helped me with recruitment of 3 helpers, and throughout the contracts. She is always very prompt in replying messages and calls, and always very polite. When i encountered problems, she helped to counsel the helper, helping me to solve the issue. She also provided me with solutions too, to improve/solve problems which I encountered, very swiftly.
There was a time when i wanted to interview a helper from overseas. She helped to facilitate the video call although its over office hours.
